All women love to wear sexy lingerie, but unfortunately that is not always the most comfortable! Its the fact that an estimated 80% of women wear the wrong bra size! It is not healthy for your breasts - especially if breasts in a bra is too tight. So therefore it is very important to find the right bra size can be done easily in your own home.
First find the back size:
It is worth noting that even if the band is too large is one of the most common mistakes women make in bra fits so we must ensure that it is correct. First, measure around your body under your breast. From this it can be a bit tricky, but do not despair, simply. Basically, if the measurement is an even number, then add 10cm or in the case of an odd number, then add 12.5cm
Examples: If you measure and find that you are as you add 10cm 75cm to the right size of breasts is 85 cm. If you measure and find that you are 77.5cm then add 5 inches so this means to you is 90 cm.
Now find your cup size:
This time, just measure around the fullest part of your bust. You just pull the measurement you just took from your bra size worked up over. Now the last bit is to check out the chart below to see the size you are in a cup. The difference between bra size and cup size inches
BRA Size Chart inch -1 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
Cup Size AA A B C D E F G H DD
While this chart is useful for determining the size of the cup, remember that 34A cup does not have the same exact volume as 36A or 38A. Corresponding means 30D have the same volume as 36D (30D is a much smaller cup than 36D). So, if you try on a bra and a 36B cup size fits but the band is too loose so that you decide to go down in the band size 34, you may actually need 34C cup size so that it has about the same volume in the bra cups.
